TATTOO REMOVAL

Tattoos have become known as a new sign of freedom and creative expression. Tattoos have evolved from traditional symbols expressing anti-establishment rebel defines to inner expressions, to a stage where they are now widely accepted in society. However, once tattooed, they become permanent testimony of a temporary error in judgment. Lasers yet can still be used to get rid of unattractive tattoos. Tattoo removal treatment in Bangalore at Dr. Anita Clinic has grown in popularity as modern lasers and technology become more accessible.

How do tattoo removal lasers work?

Tattoos are pigments deposited in the dermis, the skin’s deepest layer. Q-YAG lasers may break down tattoo pigment into smaller particles. The bits of glass are then ‘ swept away’ by the body’s macrophage system. These QYAG lasers are coupled with fractional CO2 lasers to create micro-channels in the skin, which are then used to eject pigment inefficiency through a process referred to as transepidermal elimination.

Different laser wavelengths are used to target specific tattoo hues. In general, black tattoos are more easily removed than white and blue tattoos.
